Choosing Another Stylist
If your stylist is unavailable, we encourage you to try another stylist. Everyone is trained in the same techniques and procedures. Everyone’s stylist understands this system on working together to satisfy your needs.
Cancellations
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hour notice for any single service. A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple service appointment.
